Stand up comedian Tracy Morgan was rushed to a hospital in Park City, Utah, early Monday morning, after falling down during an awards ceremony at the Sundance Film Festival.
The controversial "30 Rock" star was being honored at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards in Park City. According to TMZ.com, the former “Saturday Night Live” star “appeared extremely intoxicated during his award acceptance speech.”
Security Personnel then escorted Morgan outside. He fell unconscious outside of the building.
Police officials said an ambulance arrived soon thereafter.
Officials brought the talented stand up comedian to Park City Medical Center, ABC News has confirmed.
Amy Roberts, a spokeswoman for Park City Medical Center, told TMZ that no drugs or alcohol were found in Tracy’s system upon medical evaluation.
Tracy Morgan recently stirred up controversy this summer with an anti-gay rant. His hit show, 30 Rock, just this week addressed the antiy-gay controversy within their show.
