Watching him on TV, you may THINK you know what to expect, but George will surprise you! For one thing, he’s definitely more no-holds barred on stage! And I guess without any network constraints and having to make his jokes “family friendly”, he is truly very very funny!Would recommend this to a friend? Yes

George Lopez is a king of comedy! His material is fresh, and his timing is just perfect. Any guy can tell jokes, but you have to have a certain way. I can’t exactly describe it, but George has “it”! the audience just kept laughing and laughing and laughing all night long! The opening act was ok, but we really were waiting for George to come on stage and do his thing – and he brought it and gave it his all! Im a big fan of George Lopez, so watching this show was a no-brainer. Ive seen George perform live once before, and I cant imagine why I dont do so more often - hes much better on stage as a comedian (than a sitcom actor) and his timing is great. Went out to Santa Barbara to watch him and the drive was definitely worth it - he had the audiences laughing as soon as he stepped on stage. Of course, if youre a fan of his TV Dad character, then be warned - hes much more raunchy on stage and definitely not censored! Would recommend this to a friend? Yes
